This was a cake I did for a woman, who was throwing her husband an anniversary party. It was his 12th year in the Marine Corps. I put a large gold number 12 in the center and put 12 white chocolate stars around it. I painted them gold with edible paint. Then I made a fondant medal in the center. The side I put a black, red and blue stripe to represent the Marine Corps. uniform. Then I put more gold stars around the sides. It was a vanilla cake filled will a fresh lemon butter cream filling.
