This was a 50th birthday party, in the winter time. It was covered in white vanilla butter-cream. I took edible silver spray paint and painted the sides of the cake. Then I took blue icing and put a shell border and polka dots on it. The I surrounded the top of the cake with white chocolate snowflakes that had silver sugar in them. This cake looks beautiful and looks like it's right out of a winter wonderland!
